Fridays and Saturdays are a hit or miss.
Excellent dining. Always busy when I get there from like 6pm or later. So then if not a reservation you will wait up to 20 minutes. Good food. Gr8 music. Has a bar.
Since they remodeled the food is really good here. Went here on a couple business dinners in the past and everyone was pleased with the food and the service was decent also.
Wednesday nights are usually a college crowd night. Thursday's are for more distinguished crowd.
Large restaurant and lounge with several beautiful catering rooms for special occasions. Located in Deptford it is easy to travel to from Philadelphia and New Jersey. Food is decent and they are always willing to accommodate special requests. Check their website for special events whether in the dining area or lounge.
Tries really hard to be a fancy dining place, keyword is "tries". The interior and exterior does look very nice and clean but that is as far as the positives go. Firstly, we (a group of 4) were seated at a rather small table in the dining area with far too much clutter on it for 4 people, as well as being so close to a treble next to us that 2 of us were sharing the same chair space with the other table beside us. Secondly, the service was average at best, our server was friendly enough however didn't quite have the expected level of professionalism. He consistently reached in front of us for some time, basically forced us to move all the extra table clutter to the center rather than a corner where it was out of the way, and somewhat questioned what we had ordered. Lastly, the food; again it was average at best. The menu was rather small and VERY over priced for what you get. The food quality was was not at all worth the price, we could have easily gone somewhere else for cheaper and with the same quality meals. The place clearly focuses more on its bar and drinks but is still not an excuse for its price and lackluster service.
Had the pleasure of having lunch here this week. Nephew and I like this restaurant. They always have great food. Only dissappointment to Us both were the FLIES we constantly had to bat away while eating which then made us unable to fully enjoy the meal once our dishes were touched by the FLIES. We didn't want to complain at that point afraid FLIES may be on everything in the kitchen. I am contacting the manager by phone as well. Don't think I'll go back. Too bad. Their staff is great.
Overall a nice place to book a venue.
