Ordered take out, they forgot my Mac and cheese and the full rack of ribs was really a half by the time we threw out all the ribs with fat. Thank goodness it was a gift card so I wasn't out of money.
I didn't like the cut of my steak, and the manager had another steak put on the grill before I even asked for a another steak. Wonderful service and manager. I will only go to this outback. I really enjoyed my meal.
Asked for medium well steak. Got medium rare. Baked potato not done either. I normally like it here. Service good.
My mom took my son there for his Birthday. They came home after dinner and both of them got sick. Stomach pains and coming out of both ends to put politely. My mom called to inform them and they were very rude about it and acted like it was not from them. And did not offer anything to her for inconvenience. Dont know if they are not washing their utensils or cleaning the vegetables correctly. But it was definetly from eating at this restaurant. Would not go there. Sorry just had to vent.
I visited Outback in Deptford tonight, which is my birthday because I enjoy eating here. However, tonight was a bad night for them. I came in with my boyfriend and we were seated and went ahead to order our meals and appetizers. Everything was smooth sailing until it took the waiter 50 minutes to bring our meals out after we ate our appetizer. So I requested to speak to the manager, which said he would take care the cost of our dinner. When we finally received our meals BOTH steaks which we asked to be well done were PINK on the inside. At this point I wasn’t waiting 50 more minutes to get another steak. They recook my steak and not my boyfriends and the waiter basically said to us “well your getting a free meal, what else to do expect!” I told her I expected the meal to be cooked the way I asked and NOT A FREE MEAL that was wrong anyway. Worst experience there. Even after the waiter being rude I still TIPPED HER because I dont go out looking for FREE MEALS!! Great way to ruin my BIRTHDAY DINNER OUTBACK!!
