Make sure you know what you are signing and do not let them rush you out. I had a contract that said I had damaged coverage which they cancelled via email that did not show up in my in box until after there was an accident. I assumed when I signed everything that I had damage coverage. In dealing with corporate, they kept saying the same thing that their policy was different from National even though they are the same company. I do not feel as if they care about the customer at all.
Courteous and professional staff. I was in and out. They make it very convenient to pick up and drop off, or if you have to make other arrangements, they're very flexible.
Nice people, I had to wait a very long time and when I got to speak with the person they told me that they could not give me the price I was quoted. I may try to use this branch again because of all the pleasant experiences I have had with their other locations. If I have a problem again, I'm done with this branch/office.
The Woodbury, Evergreen Avenue, location is where I usually rent. I have found their staff to always be super respectful and accommodating, even when I've had to rent last-minute. I also appreciate that this location doesn't try to trick you into their insurance or shove it down your throat like two of their other locations. I, thus far, have not had an issue with them masking cigarette odor and then having it come back with a vengeance two days into the trip like I've had happen three times at Deptford Avis. I would give them 5 stars if they had a key drop box for after hours and an unlocked lot so you could return in the evening or on a Sunday without being charged an extra day.
