Excellent service. I had to replace my alternator about a month ago, and then returned to get a new radiator. I like mechanics that don't talk down to women, but explain information on a level you can understand. Mark and Victor were both helpful. I also looked up pricing /labor cost, and their prices were reasonable. I will definitely return.
The first time after I left this shop my car had an entirely unrelated issue and I flipped out and left a bad review on here. Most places wouldn't even want to be bothered after they have customers like that and they'd be happy they don't have to deal with the headaches anymore. Despite all that, that's not what these guys did. They called me right back. They were very professional and eager to make sure everything was good in the end. They spend a lot time explaining the repairs and making sure I understood everything, (I know from first hand experience bad/dishonest mechanics don't do that at all because they're in a hurry to get you out the door as quick as possible.) When I got my car back today all the fluids were topped off. Prices are extremely reasonable and had an impressive turn-around time both visits here. I used to use Carneys for my auto maintenance,(they're right up the road from my house,) but now I know id rather travel the extra distance to make sure my car is in their hands instead for now on. It's never fun when you know you car needs service. That's why when that day comes you should go here and ask for Victor.I guarantee you have a similar experience I did.

I have taken my car to Signature 3 times over the past two years. The issues were all unrelated, ranging from electrical to brakes. The work has been great, they have been easy to deal with, and always had great communication. I cant say for sure if they are the cheapest, but I feel I got appropriate value for what I paid.
