This store is by far one of the organized stores I have ever been to. Its extremely clean and the sales associates here are very professional and friendly. I would like to give some huge praise to Sales Associate Lisa for providing me with excellent customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone that is looking for furnitures and other home goods essentials. Two thumbs up!
I walked into the store and I was immediately met by a salesman, but what was refreshing to my is that he didn’t “hover” around me. He immediately explained the layout of the store and asked if I wanted him to come along with me or if I just wanted to browse and ask him when/if I had a question. Since I already knew what I wanted to look at, I pulled it up on my phone and he took me directly to it. The sale went very smooth, he also explained their protection plan, then we talked about delivery/pick up options. The delivery was also very smooth and professional.
Your Deptford store ruined my Christmas by messing up my delivery scheduling. While I appreciate them attempting to get me an earlier delivery date, this resulted in me loosing my original date. Then instead of honoring my original date and pushing another customers delivery date who ordered after me, they wanted to delay my delivery by 3 days. Why should I be penalized because they made a mistake. They should have a better delivery scheduling process.
I will absolutely shop their again and would highly recommend them.
We recently purchased 2 recliners from Bob's in Deptford. The chairs are wonderful and the prices were great. One we brought home with us and one was delivered to us. Delivery was very easy and the neat! The guys that brought it in were very helpful. What we were most impressed with was our sales associate, Tiffany. The store was very busy, she was training a new employee, she was helping several customers, dealing with computer issues and a few other things that I can't thing of off the top of my head. She never once lost her cool, made anyone feel like they were being rushed or that they were bothering her by asking questions. We were very impressed and felt that she needed to be recognized for her incredible ability to multitask and deliver five star customer service!
We had such a great experience at Bob’s Furniture working with Rob Sharp. He was thorough in explaining all of our options and really gave us a no pressure experience. He also didn’t make us feel bad when my 4 year old decided to get sick on floor during our first visit. Thank you for all your help and we will think of you and Bobs for our future furniture needs!
