Dropped in to this gym today and was blown away by how clean and friendly they were. No intimidation, great work out, and awesome times. Coaches really knows their stuff. if i am ever back in town i will for sure come back in.
I came to Mathuin completely by chance and hated to exercise. After one class, I was hooked and I have never looked back. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and every single class is like a personal trainer session. Because of the small class size, there is personal guidance every day that makes your progression and goals more personal. I can't say enough good things about this place!!!
The coaching provided at Mathuin is like none other. Mike and Crystal are great people and super in tune with proper body movements. They have been coaching me through multiple injuries for a month now with noticeable progress over this time. I highly recommend trying them out for yourself and see what sets Mathuin apart from other fitness facilities.
