Every time i go to this lowes it’s deserted and can’t find anyone to help. If i go to customer service it’s usually a 10-15 minute wait. I bought a 200$ leaf blower a month or 2 ago and tried taking it back and they were no help and pretty much said they can’t help me. I threw out the box and i know it’s my fault i can’t find the receipt but it happens. You can tell it’s brand new. I’m not trying to rip them off. An exchange would of made me happy but i guess it’s too hard for them. I spend tons of money at lowes and Home Depot for my business but now Home Depot will get all of it.
On Friday, October 27th my husband and I visited the Lowe's Deptford store. We were in search of an electric dryer. I had the item and model #. Figuring this would be easy. When we arrived in the appliance department, the employee kind of just took his time coming over and once he did I gave him the info. He comes back and tells us that they don't have it at the store. Or warehouse. At that point we looked at some other dryers keeping in mind that he informed us that the appliance comes in gas and electric. Needless to say this person was not interested in serving us. Every dryer we selected he said they didn't have it and wouldn't be getting. Sale or otherwise. It was a awful experience. Finally we left went to home Depot and within a matter of 20minutes our order was processed, delivery set and we were on our way. The customer employee was awesome as well. Needless to say no more Lowe's for us.
Nobody around to help. This Lowes is not as good as others. The employees are not very friendly nor are they helpful. I usually drive out of my way to go to a different Lowes but today I had to bring home 12 foot long lumber and wanted as short of a drive as possible.
Went to get some paint for my deck which is slightly aged. The young guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and steered me away from product he didn't feel would work.
Can not find any one to wait on you,its becoming very bad . I may go back to home Depot
