Really great customer service at this location.
Can't say enough positive about the Tile Shop, Deptford, NJ, especially Chris Sutherland. Our backsplash looks fantastic!. Not only does the store have a great selection, but the numerous displays allowed us to see an existing Herringbone pattern that we would never had thought of. We get so many compliments on it!
My wife and I are currently in the process of remodeling our master bathroom. Despite the previous reviewer's negative comments, I decided to stop in to give them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, I am very happy that I did. If I could give them more stars, I absolutely would. Chris, Carolina, Steven and the rest of the team have blown me away. From the moment that I walked in the door for the first time two weeks ago, they have been nothing but attentive and respectful. Their knowledge of current trends has served as a great complement to my overall vision. Unlike other stores in the area which push you in the direction that THEY want you to go, the staff here take the time to gain an understanding of the direction that YOU want to go. It should also be noted that each of the 7 times that I have been in over the past 2 weeks I could not help but notice, and be impressed by the fact, that others seemed to be having the same experience as me. Kudos to Chris and his team! Thank you for everything! You have earned all of our business.
We received awesome customer service at the tile shop in Deptford! The staff was extremely helpful during the whole process and helped us pick the perfect tile for the backsplash in our kitchen. The tile looks absolutely beautiful, even down to the grout color! We could not be happier!
38 out of 50 came broken. Was told replacements would be in on wed. Didn't get a call till following Monday. Sold me a product with wrong directions then of course blamed me. Tired of the fight. Said hell with it. Go somewhere else.

And Chris Sutherland was beyond patient and helpful!. He is very knowledgeable, resourceful and has a great sense of design. But above all, he is so patient, giving us all the attention we required throughout the process, even emailing us later to see how the project turned out.
We went through a long selection process, went through boxes of tiles and even returned the original order, and ordered another completely different style. Went from natural to marble tiles. Throughout the process, they were the most flexible people in applying sake prices, returns, etc.
