I decided to give DHY a shot at service. I only hear bad things about them from the racing community but it was convenient so I tried them. I decided to do my first service on my brand new YFZ450R. $350, no big deal. Not sure if this is more or less than what a first service would cost so I paid. I go to pick my quad up and it was completely filthy. They left it in the rain and my seat was waterlogged. How does such carelessness occur? Whoever runs this service operation should be fired. I am sure I am not the only (ex) customer who has had this experience.
