My experience was HORRIBLE. I bought this bed for my mother and they delivered a broken bed and three weeks later have not come out to fix it!!!!!!!!! I have called customer service twice and now they just told me to wait another week. This is an expensive bed and you are on your own if it doesn't work. Will NEVER consider this bed for myself or recommend it to anyone.
It's a shame I have to give a one star review. Love the bed, hate the service. They promised to remove my old bed when delivering my new $8k bed and when the installers showed up they told me they couldn't remove it now because there was no room in the truck. They did promise however to put in a "service" call and someone would come by later to pick up the mattress. That never happened. Two weeks went by and I called the store to let them know what happened and to help me get it resolved. They too promised me a call from someone to schedule to get it resolved and that never happened. Now I am a month later and the old mattress is still at my house, in the way. I have called and left another message this morning. We shall see if I get their attention this time.
