Owners are really up in ur business, its called a storage for a reason. But owners allow ne1 in. N u have to worry about taking to long going thru ur stuff bc she(owner) calls the police. Smfh. I got a different place.

I have been with compass self-storage, off and on, for almost a decade now. During which time I have also tried storage facilities in several other states like Delaware, Pennsylvania, and other parts of New Jersey. Out of all the places, Compass self-storage in Deptford New Jersey has given me the best courteous service and best rates. The manager Debbie (I call her Debbs) has been the main reason for this outstanding service. She is always polite and courteous and make sure that I as the customer have everything that I need. I believe that she is the reason why that location is so successful.
I've been a long time tenant here. The ladies at the Front Desk are nice and helpful, especially the manager, Debbie Dukes. I just wish the monthly rent would stay low enough for me to afford.
I had used this storage unit for two years. I have to say, the employees here are some of the friendliest and professional people I've ever meant. When it came time for me to deploy last year, they really worked with the needs I needed and made the monthly payment easy for me to make. The communication was outstanding! If I ever need a storage unit I'd be coming back here in a heartbeat. Thanks again for everything!
