I get it you want to go home, but it would have taken me 1 min to ship my package. Too bad you just lost another customer.
the workers here were not rude to me personally, but i have witnessed unacceptable rudeness to other customers. usually to foreign customers. today i went to return a package and the nice girl in front of me was waiting to track something on her phone while the person helping her was in the back, and when she went to the other clerk to let her know that her package was tracked and no longer needed the other clerk's assistance, the clerk was so rude and before letting her even finish her sentence, said she was already helping a customer. ill have you know that the clerk was actually printing something for the other customer and could've easily listened to the girl who just wanted to have her pass on the message to the clerk who was in the back of the store. the clerk didn't need to be rude about it and she even rolled her eyes and shook her head. if you don't like your job then don't work there or you'll just make people uncomfortable.

Walked in the door exactly at 5:29 pm today, when they close at 5:30. There was a line of people in there. This Lady comes out from the back and says in a loud angry voice, sorry you need to leave. We can't keep letting people in here. Seriously?

I love the located, as well as the fact that if you can't make it during business hours, there are convient Post Boxes ( 2 ) located in the same parking lot. You don't even have to get out of your vehicle. You can use the drop off Mail boxes & the pick up times for said boxes are early enough that it shouldn't interrupt with your normal business schedule.
Yesterday 5/10/17 I was due a package. The mail woman (not our usual carrier) made no attempt to deliver it, but yet updated the system to say we weren't home and she left a note, none of which was true (front door was open and I was standing in it). She obviously has no package in her hand, and I don't want this heavy person running through my yard so she can fall and try to sue me. So she drove around all day with my package in it so I had no access to it, was at the end of her route and couldn't turn around and put my package on the door when she forgot? I can't believe your company has the nerve to stop automatic re-delivery, especially when your staff can't be bothered to leave note because they forgot to look and see if they had a package, and my family and I had to sit for extended period of time on your lousy automated system to find out about getting out package. I currently have no transportation so a friend had to help us. No refund offered on your failure, this is why your business is failing. Where the holy hell is Frank and Vance? They were great and I got my packages every time!!!! I have a video from my security camera, but you only allow photos? Oh and my review from yesterday had been deleted?
