I work at Charlotte Russe as an employee and these employees were not doing their job correctly at ALL. Nobody was keeping up with opening the fitting rooms that customers had to go in after someone left, while none of the employees asked customers to start fitting rooms when they clearly had tons of clothes in their hands. The customer service was piss poor. Plus the Manager On Duty when I went acted like she didn't want to give me my employee discount. I know how a superior Charlotte Russe is meant to be run and their service was not up to par.
