This is my favorite babies r us!!!! The store staff are overly friendly and always willing to help find something for you or offer help with items your looking at. The store is always clean as well as the mother rooms. They are great for changing your little ones or if you need to breast feed it's a comfortable place and quiet for you to nurse or pump.
We ordered a crib and glider right before Thanksgiving because of the wonderful sale. Received the confirmation email. Thirty minutes later received another one cancelling our order. Went into the store and the manager honored the sale price!

Went very well exchanged my carseat for a rear facing carseat... without receipt just needed DL.. photo ID... thank you very much appreciated... be aware before you buying not all 3 in 1 Carseats face REAR... only certain ones do!
I registered here for my first son and then again my twins. They are really good about explaining how you go about doing it and offer help if needed. They also offer free classes for various things at this location such as breast feeding classes and car seat safty which was eye opening honestly. Things have changed a lot in the 9 years between my oldest and the twins lol.
Picked up a shop to store order, quick, easy and great service. Another day I did a merchandise return, same great service. Interactions with employees and management were very nice, very professional, the place is clean, people are nice, I highly recommend this Babies "R" Us.
