I called to ask if they had a specific item I did not see online. I gave a full description of what I was looking for (several sentences) and was told that they have it. So I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come get the item in question only to get there and they don't have it and the girl who took the call said "I misunderstood you". I am baffled as to how when I gave a full description of EXACTLY what I was looking for, and short of drawing a picture with captions, I could not have been more clear. You need employees who actually listen to what a customer is asking for so they don't waste their time and gas when they are 36 weeks pregnant!!!!! Very upset and disappointed with the quality of people there today.
