Seriously, someone from Sears Corporate needs to actually call this store. You can't get _anyone_ to answer the phone... no matter the department that you ask for from the call center. You are expected to leave a voicemail message in order for someone to call you back... which we all know, will not happen. I've been trying to reach this store for three days (to save myself the trip) to make sure they actually have the product that they are promoting on line.... all to no avail. I have taken my business elsewhere but the Manager of this store should be ashamed.... or fired.

Ok sales for holiday shopping, however there were 2 cashiers for the entire place, as you can imagine at this time of year, the lines were LONG! Hire more help Sears.
