Nobodys could even pull up my account. Tried buying a new phone. Came back a week later after my mom upgraded hers and this place has absolutely not an idea what there doing. There all young kids trying to rip you off to make an extra dollar. I understand its there job. But they were rude. Unhelpful and everyone there tells you a different story everyother day your there. One guy in particular was exetremely rude i dont think he introduced himself or was wearing a name tag buy he had blonde very thinning hair and pants on that were to tight (especially @ a work setting) overall save your time and call sprint and get your phone shipped. Youll save the 30 dollar activation fee as well. Hope this was helpful
Assist mgr was fantastic! Found me a higher (better) cell than what I had and it was half off that day! Works wonderful! Had a great trip. My new cell store!!
This place is horrible!! Lied to several times buy the "manager" who told me she was the asst. Manager. I had a deal with corporate for a certain deal. She told me I couldn'tget the deal there and continued to lie about why yhey couldn't do it. The awesome lady from sprint corporate was livid and called her where the "manager" of the store continued to lie then backtrack when she got called out. Needless to say corporate is looking into actions. The place had nusic blaring, a sales rep with his underwear hanging out, and everyone is rude. Corporate even agreed they are operating fraudulently. They say they can't do certain things that they can to get you for more money for their pockets. I won't knock sprint cause the lady from corporate went ABOVE AND BEYOND to have my back and take unbelievable care of me. But stay away from this store. To say it's a headache is putting iy mildly. They don't want existing customers. They want to fleece you for as much as they can get. Nasty arrogant people as said in other reviews. They had the nerve to tell me thay they're sprint but they're not, they have different deals then sprint lmao. Even corporate said that's BS. They are sprint and have to do everything they do. Save yourself the hassle and deal directly with sprint.
The people there are extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed while sticking to my budget. The staff is awesome and it’s my new go-to place for phones and tech support!
