Very unhappy with my purchase. LG V20, phone lacks many features a cheap ZTE zMax offered for a lot more money. Even the case, OtterBox. Grossly overpriced and sell poor quality. Amazon will have my future business. Returns are not very simple either. Urge anyone to avoid their "New Phones" especially the V20.
This store is horrible. Stay away from store ste 12 especially the manager Delvin . If they tell you about any plans or any promotions or sales or whatever they call it verify with the t-mobile customer service before you sign up. .. There is another t-mobile store at the Deptford mall and they are more professional. I tried to return a tablet and no one in the store knew had to process a refund. Had to make 3 trips for a return because only the manager can process a refund. I had to call t-mobile customer service for assistance. The staff have no training and it will cause you headaches dealing with them
Don't go too this location it is full of lying thieves who will do whatever it takes too rip you off and if you don't go along with their sales pitch they make you wait forever and try to hold up your time. BEWEAR
The store is ass and all they try to do is steal your money. They have poor attitude and honestly if they hate their job so bad they shouldquit it would be doing everyone a favor.
I upgraded my phone there yesterday and worked with Jim, while we were waiting he checked my account and asked if I wanted to sign up for unlimited data which would actually save me money. I learned he's new but he acted as if he knew everything he was doing, I was impressed. Very friendly, answered all my questions perfectly.
