The service is great for this chain restaurant. . way better then the Philadelphia locale . food is what you'd expect. Moderate steakhouse favorites. Big entrees. Always eat more than I should here .
We were always so skeptical to try this place. I'm a bit mad we felt that way. We went during lunch and had a small wait but the food and service well made up for it all. We had the burgers and will definitely come back to try more.
A very solid steak house. The food is simple but enjoyable. They do a pretty good job cooking it to your order. Service here is always fantastic. Servers are friendly and attentive. A little on the pricey side for a chain restaurant, but it is a steak house. I find the decor a little hokie but I come for the well cooked steak, not the fake cow head on the wall.
Started off a little rough, bread was hard, second bread was awesome and fresh, but my girlfriend bit into some plastic that had fallen into the dough or maybe was in the butter? Regardless the staff did a great job and Mark the manager came over to our table. He was friendly and polite very concerned for his guests. As an ex-restaurant manager myself I felt he was very genuine. Our server never let our drinks empty!!! That's amazing and my number 1 issue when we dine out. You made our 1 date night this month go great and we both appreciate that. Great Job team Deptford!
Not sure why it's rated like it is on average. I thought it was mediocre at best. First it was packed cause the holidays I am guessing and wait for a party of 8, as we where, was of over an hour. Ok so figured it would be worth it to get good food right? Nope. There was nothing really good that I had that stuck out to say it was awesome. Waitress came out and gave us warm bread and that was only good treat and for table 8 we had to share 2 tiny 6-8" loafs. Waited forever and received salads and soups which weren't nothing special and had to ask for dressing cause they where dry. At the same time we receive 2 appetizers for "free" cause they notice our wait times where long and so we chose the nachos and the calamari. Which one of the 2 appetizers was worse I don't know but horrible. Nachos get hard and cheese gets stringy and no meat and bacon on it was that you find in sad salad bacon bits. Calamari was with tangy buffalo style hot sauce e on them and they were suppose to be golden brown and instead where also very dry, thin and oily crispy, if best described. Finally after getting there at 615pm we finally had our entrees at 8:35pm :-0. I've never seen such a sad and lonely looking steak and baked potato in my life, and why don't they serve it with a 3rd side like a greens or soething? It was a piece of crappy meat sitting on plate with a microwaved potatoes for 22 bucks? I felt robbed. Will never be a next time for me honestly :-/
