Very upset and agitated with the service. The waiter messed up my girlfriends desert and charged us for both(it was eventually taken off) we also waited like 10 minutes just to get our bill to even pay. The manager came over and I feel like he didn’t even care about our situation all he was worried about was if the food was at least good.....
Wait was long, even though we put ourselves on the wait list via the website. Our table should have been ready but we waited about twenty minutes. The food was really good and our waitress was awesome. She was 8 months pregnant but she moved quickly and was great with the kids. She more than earned her generous tip. Truthfully as good as the food was, the service blew it away.
Great place. Great staff but a 4 star because my server Samantha was not so welcoming. We had to ask her to bring napkins all the time. She did not offer refills. She was Not very kids friendly. But overall experience was good.
Service was great. We reserved seats on the app, so we were seated as soon as we walked in. Food was great as always, unlimited soup and breadsticks were genius. Our waitress, Danielle, was very helpful and made sure we had refills and breadsticks.
Waitress, Annie, was excellent. Salad & pasta were good. Meatballs were commercial ( like the frozen ones at Sam's Club). I guess that I am spoiled by my wife's meatballs.
