I'm sure this was an isolated incident but we didn't get our apps for 40 mins another 20 mins for the entrees while 3 other tables got there food that arrived after us.. then ran my card for the wrong amount almost 20$ over. Thoroughly disappointed
My wife's burger was well undercooked. Blood was left on the plate when burger was picked up. My Cajun Chicken Pasta had no cajun and by the time the cajun was brought, my Pasta was cold
Always enjoyable! Busy especially on weekends. Located across from Deptford Mall, its easy to have a meal after shopping.
did pickup, the steaks were both good, though under done. the broccoli had clearly been burned by a microwave. Mashed potatoes to go look low they may have been put in a little tub hours ago. So: main part of Meal good, side items meh at best.

Our go to Chili’s! Service is generally good. Place is normally clean. Food has always been good when we ate in. Was not crazy about take out though. Smaller portions for same price.
