The wsiter, John, was great. I was able to customize my salad and pizzas a bit, as I wanted to have the marinara sauce. Its delicious! We actually sat, trying to figure out the herbs, for about 10 minutes.
All in all...great experience. Definitely coming back.
I wish I remembered our servers name because he was AWESOME! My friend and I met here for lunch and it was delicious. Fast service, the staff was great and the lunch specials are good. Good cocktails too. I had a margarita, no salt. Perfection.
I've been to this establishment several times in recent years and I have never had a bad meal or experience. The staff are warm and friendly, very accommodating. The food is always fresh and hot...their buffalo wings are delicious!
I was at UNO Pizzeria in Deptford last night 12/16/17 and they went above and beyond to correct an error with my order. I wish I had written down their names but the server and the manager were awesome and I can’t thank them enough. The error wasn’t that serious just cold pizza but the lengths they went through to make it right left me in awe. The manager came to the table several times to check on us and even delivered the replacement pizza personally to make sure it was ok. He also gave me a free appetizer to nibble on while I waited. I would have been satisfied with the replacement pizza and just before we left the manager came back to say goodbye and gave me a coupon for $10 off my meal the next time I go back. I just want to say Thank You to the server and manager once more for being so kind and going above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. THANK YOU
My husband and I came for lunch, knowing dinner is crazy. We got the 2 for $12.49 meal for each, and both got the wedge salad and personal pizzas.
Arrived around 5:15pm on a Thursday. Restaurant was not that busy so we were seated right away. Server came up shortly after seating and we placed our drink orders which arrived shortly thereafter. We placed our orders for dinner (salads and pizzas) and waited. As more customers arrived, it seemed like our server forgot about us. As we waited for an extremely long time for the salads to arrive, it appeared they must have been growing the leafy greens... but first, the pizzas came out! We kinda informed the runner that we ordered salads too. Then they came out...with an apology. I was really looking forward to coming here for a while (since the last time I was here was when I was a kid, I'm 39 now).
Onto the food & service. Pizzas (deep dish) were as expected. Not too hot, not too cold. Flavors were good. Happy with them. My wife's salad that she ordered looked like it was sitting out since yesterday, with lots of wilted greens. Salads are one of the easiest dishes to prepare, so it really left a sad impression on the place. With regard to our server, it just seemed that she was really busy, with still empty tables in her section...and not very attentive. We still left her a good tip to hopefully brighten up her night.
