The worst customer service ever the short Mexican male behind the counter who took my order barely knew how to speak English he said his name was serj my fo 20 min he called out some name that wasnt mine and my food was cold how hard is it to pronounce john he would not stop staring at my underage daughter also my steak tasted as though it had sat on the grill for 5 minutes before being cooked they made one man who was the only American proper English speaking male there do all the work while they stood around and talked for this being The Taste of Philly being an American place this place was very un American I ran into one of the girls that used to work there and she said she had to quit because she was sexually harassed constantly and when bringing it forward her hours were cut she also stated now they won't stop calling her phone with non work-related texts and phone calls I've also noticed that while there.. whites and blacks customers are treated very different latinos being treated the best the one in front of me was givin free food .. these people need to be reported

Went to Tony Luke’s today and ordered a plain steak and a plain roast pork. My intention was to have the steak at lunch and the pork sandwich for dinner. The steak was ok, but when I opened the other sandwich I found a cheese steak - no pork. I am allergic to cheese. The tag still attached was marked “plain pork” Thanks folks. Double check your orders...
