I purchased two watches for my wife from Brand Jewelers this past Christmas, and the selection and service were excellent. The Brand team is very friendly and helpful. I rarely write reviews, but I am happy to recommend Brand Jewelers.
Just an overall terrible experience and really shows that they only care about making their money and selling you garbage.
Then I proposed to my girlfriend in March, it's now August, and 4 stones have already fallen out of the ring, absolute garbage. I go back to them and they won't refund at all or exchange passed 30 days of purchase (which maybe it's just me but I don't think most men buy the ring and propose the next day). Alls they do is offer to replace the stone, which if it happens once is understandable but 4 times in 6 months is ridiculous. And I've since moved to another state so getting to them isn't easy, although I had a good laugh when they told me I could mail it in and they could fix it, (like it won't magically go missing in the mail).
Absolute worst. I wanted to buy an engagement ring, asked about financing and what the payments would look like, he took my info and told me how much it would be and I told him no thank you I'll just do part cash and part on my card. A week after I buy the ring I get a credit card in the mail that I never signed up for.
I've bought just about every piece of jewelry I own from Brand Jewelers, the staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what you like at a price you can afford. They're family owned, which you can tell as soon as you walk in ... it's not a bunch of folks just trying to collect a paycheck, they truly care about the customer, it's not easy to find a place like this anymore - everyone else is focused on making a quick sale, but Brand feels different! They have a huge selection of wedding bands, engagement rings, bracelets, earing, necklaces, watches ... they even have a rose dipped in gold, I purchase one for my wife and she loved it! I highly recommend Brand Jewlers for any upcoming jewellery purchase, ask for Nick or the young Italian looking guy (Sorry, I forget his name) ... one of the two is always there, they're who I tend to work with but I'm sure anyone there will treat you with respect, not push you into a sale and will be eager to help you make the right purchase.
We got my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands from Brand Jewelers. We loved the sales people, and it was the only place we went that would customize. Our final products came out gorgeous, even more perfect than what we were expecting. Don’t let the store being in a mall fool you, they are great! If we have any future jewelry needs, we’ll definitely be coming here!
