I cannot say enough good things about Littman Jewelers. They are so helpful and knowledgeable there and really want you to have a good experience. Hands down the best jewelry store in the Deptford Mall... I would recommend them to anyone!
If I could give them a lower score I would. We have bought over $7,000 in jewelry over the last two years. My diamond just fell out of my engagement ring and even though I brought it in for cleaning and inspection they won't cover it. Spoke with Yeni and she told us that we needed a sku #. They told us to get our card that they gave us when we bought the ring. Keep in mind that they have the information on file right there. AND we boughtuu everything on a Littmans charge card. So they HAD all the information. After this and other reviews we are filing a complaint with the BBB. The manager was Rebecca and was equally as clueless. Don't buy anything and CERTAINLY don't EVER get their warranty plan. Fraudulent.
