Had an issue that I needed to be resolved and was told the manager would contact me the next day. A week went by and still nothing. One email to customer service and my issue was solved. As someone who manages in retail this really irritates me. This is why people shop online now. Oh and still never heard from the manager. Horrible customer service.
STAY AWAY!! Ordered an item online for pick up at Deptford mall store. When I arrived, I was informed that the item had arrived two days earlier to the store damaged. They apparently didn’t have contact info to inform me it was damaged, even though i got an email it was ready and my phone number was required during ordering. Then was told by the manager that they couldn’t give me a refund because the online order wasn’t showing in their system and since it was close to the holiday they wouldn’t be able to contact customer service to do a refund due to heavy call volume. Finally was offered, again by the manager, to take the damaged item home and mail it back myself to request a refund. I have NEVER had such terrible service!! I did not take the damaged item and will now have to fight for a refund. This place had no clue how to do businesss.
I wish I could give zero stars for this place. I just left 5 minutes ago furious. They wouldn't let me pick up my ring that I bought because they're unorganized and do not keep records. Laziest, most incoherent people work there with the exception of 2 employees that are very helpful. The rest are good for nothing. Nothing but issues from this place. DO NOT GET YOUR RING HERE PLEASE! You'll save yourself tons of trouble.
