Great product.....crap customer service! The "sign in" at the door is very conveyor belt-ish. The sales person who waited on us acted like we were an inconvenience....like our presence was annoying....keeping her from something more important. Keep in mind my boyfriend bought me a bracelet and 3 charms....that's quite a bit of money! I'm not looking for someone to kiss our butts....just some decent customer service....that's all. When you have a million beautiful charms to choose from, I can't make my mind up in five minutes....no matter how fast you want me off the conveyor belt!
Poor customer service. I walked in the store advised the salesperson "O" that I wanted to exchange a charm and a buy a bracelet w/3 charms. I advised her I did not have a receipt for the charm. She asked did I buy it there, I said yes. She advised she could look it up I said great I have a Pandora Card. She went to "B" who then told her she can't take it back it was worn I advised when I purchased the charm and bracelet plus 4 other charms the salesperson put them on the bracelet so of course it was worn and rubbed against the other charms. "B" became very indignant and raised her voice telling me what I was advised when I purchased the charm I tried explaining i was not advised she just refused to listen and close her mouth. As I went on to get what I wanted to purchase with "O" "B" continued to speak. I advised "O" I would not be purchasing anything from this store so to the Poor customer service. I should not have to get into an argument to spend $300. I will be reporting this event to corporate headquarters closing the account and never shopping at Pandora again.
