In all the years I have shopped with them I have never once felt like just a customer. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with these people and I will continue to do so well into the future. Denise and Diane in particular have made my wife feel like a Princess and myself like a King and that my friends is customer service you just can't teach. Did I mention that all of my wife's diamonds are protected with a lifetime warranty? I have had to use that warranty and it is as good as gold, no questions, no complaints our diamond was replaced. Also being able to trade in solitaire diamonds purchased with Helzberg towards the purchase of larger diamonds means you always get a return on the money you spend with Helzberg. We've taken advantage of this on several occasions and let's just say my wife's jewelry has WOW factor. I highly recommend you go visit the Deptford Helzberg and let them know the Shaffer's sent you.
